What time does class begin and end?
Our scheduled in person & virtual training classes are from 8 AM to 4 PM each day.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance via phone or email. No shows will be charged a $50 processing fee.
How long is my certification or qualification from CIA good for?
All our certifications and qualifications are valid for two years.
How long does it take to recertify online?
The online recertification exercise takes between 4-6 hours, and you are given 10 calendar days to complete it.
How long does it take to get my certification card?
Approximately 2-5 business days after completion of the online recertification exercise.
